Application method:
310ml hard packaging can be used with a manual or pneumatic glue gun from Taylor Song. When using a pneumatic gun, the air pressure should be controlled within 2-5 bar. If the temperature is too low, it will cause an increase in viscosity, resulting in a decrease in extrusion rate. It is recommended to preheat the sealant at room temperature before application. If the surface of the material is too cold, it will cause frost and condensation on the surface. To avoid this, the material can be moved indoors for preheating in a timely manner. Terostat-MS 939 FR drum and round drum are equipped with specialized glue coating equipment. The equipment applies high pressure to the glue in the drum and round drum, and uses a metering pump to extract the glue into the glue gun. After spraying, Terostat's leveling agent can be used to make the surface smooth. A scraper can be used to level the surface at the contact point.
