1. Surface Preparation

• Clean: Remove dirt, grease, rust, or loose particles using a wire brush, sandpaper, or solvent.

• Roughen: Sand/abrade the repair area to improve adhesion. For deep cracks, undercut edges slightly.

• Dry: Ensure the surface is completely dry before application.

2. Mixing the Compound

• Cut equal amounts of Part A (base) and Part B (hardener) from the packaging.

• Knead thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until the color is uniform (no streaks).

• Pro Tip: Wear gloves to avoid skin contact and work quickly (pot life: ~15-25 mins at room temp).

3. Application & Shaping

• Press the mixed compound firmly into the damaged area, ensuring full contact.
