PLEXUS MA300 is a two-component structural adhesive of methyl methacrylate used to bond thermoplastics, metals and composites. The mixing ratio is 1:1, the operation time is 4 to 5 minutes, and the final strength is 75% in 12 to 15 minutes at room temperature. The MA300 is capable of bonding a wide range of materials and has high strength and stiffness. The MA300 is available in ready-to-use 400ML cartridges, as well as 5 gallon/barrel and 50 gallon/barrel packages, which can be mixed and used with special equipment. No surface treatment, high strength, 100% participation in the reaction, the mixing ratio is not strict, no flow hanging.
