Product Description
Casting glue is a two-component glue that cures at room temperature. It has a moderate curing speed at room temperature and can be completely cured under low temperature conditions. This product is mainly used to fill casting defects such as sand holes, pores or cracks in iron and steel castings. The cured product has high hardness and can be used at -20-120ºC
4. Bonding process:
1. First, find the area to be repaired and clean it to remove stains.
2. Use files, sandpaper and other tools to make the surface smooth.
3. Mix the A and B components in a 1:1 volume ratio and apply them on the object to be repaired.
4. Various processing can be carried out 24 hours after the bonding is completed.
5. Precautions:
The glue has a shelf life of about 1 hour after mixing. Before use, mix the A and B components evenly according to the ratio, and use it when there is no color difference in the mixture. Prepare it as soon as you use it and use it up at one time.
