How to use

Surface Preparation:

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, and dust
For best results, lightly sand glossy surfaces and degrease with a suitable solvent 
Rough surfaces provide better mechanical adhesion
Mixing:

Squeeze equal volumes of Component A (resin) and Component B (hardener) onto a clean mixing surface
Mix thoroughly with a spatula until a uniform color is achieved (approximately 1-2 minutes)
Do not mix large quantities at once – only mix what can be used within 5 minutes 
Application:

Apply the mixed adhesive to one or both surfaces using a spatula or applicator
For optimal lap shear strength, aim for an adhesive layer thickness of 0.05 to 0.10 mm 
Assemble the parts immediately and press firmly together
Secure the components in place if necessary
Curing:

Initial set: 5 minutes at room temperature (23°C) 
Can be repositioned within this time
Handling strength: 15-20 minutes 
Full cure: 3-24 hours depending on temperature and joint thickness 
Lower temperatures slow curing; higher temperatures accelerate curing
Finishing:

After 2 hours, the bond can be sanded and painted 
Remove excess uncured adhesive with a cloth before it hardens
Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place at 5-25°C
Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use
Shelf life: 3 years from manufacturing date when stored properly 
Important Precautions:

Not suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE, PVC, and acrylic 
Do not use for bonding items that come into contact with food or drink 
Not recommended for bonding mirrors to car windshields
