How to use

Surface Preparation:

Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, dust, and moisture
For optimal adhesion, degrease with appropriate solvent 
For certain materials, roughening glossy surfaces may improve adhesion
Application:

Open the container – Before application, open the adhesive container and let it stand for approximately 3 minutes to allow partial solvent volatilization, which significantly enhances bonding strength 
Apply the adhesive using a brush, spatula, or dispensing equipment
Due to its thixotropic properties, light pressure is sufficient for application; the adhesive will fill and seal the joint 
Apply to one or both surfaces depending on the bonding area
Assemble parts immediately and apply pressure to ensure good contact
Drying & Curing:

Surface drying time: 2-5 minutes at room temperature (0.1mm thickness, 60-70% humidity) 
Initial bond strength develops rapidly
Full cure time varies with temperature, humidity, and joint thickness
Room temperature curing, no heating required 
Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources
Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use to prevent solvent evaporation
Shelf life: 6 months from manufacturing date when stored properly 
Storage temperature: recommended 5-25°C
Safety Precautions:

Use in well-ventilated areas due to solvent content
