Product Description
Belzona 2211 (MP Hi-Build Elastomer) is a two-component, paste-grade polyurethane elastomer specifically engineered for the repair, rebuilding, and coating of rubber components and metal surfaces. This versatile, high-performance material is optimized for applications where high build, durability, and elasticity are required.
As a 100% solids, solvent-free formulation, Belzona 2211 is easy to mix and apply without the need for specialized tools. It cures at room temperature, eliminating the requirement for hot work such as vulcanization or welding. Once cured, the material forms a tough, flexible elastomer with outstanding elongation (up to 1000%), excellent tear strength, and superior adhesion to a wide range of substrates including natural rubber, nitrile, neoprene, SBR, polyurethane, PVC, steel, copper, aluminum, and concrete
