How to use

Surface Preparation:

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, and dust 
For non-porous materials like metal or glass, solvent cleaning is recommended
For porous materials like wood or concrete, ensure surface is dry
Some difficult substrates may require primer for optimal adhesion
Application:

Cut nozzle at desired angle and puncture inner seal
Load cartridge into standard caulking gun
Apply sealant evenly to one or both surfaces
For best adhesion, press parts together firmly within 20 minutes (tack-free time)
For vertical surfaces, non-sag formula will hold without slumping 
Curing:

Cures at room temperature when exposed to moisture in the air 
Tack-free time: approximately 20 minutes at 23°C/50% RH 
Full cure: 24 hours for 3mm thickness 
Higher humidity accelerates cure; lower humidity slows cure
Cure depth: maximum 6mm; thicker sections cure in layers

Storage:

Store below 32°C (90°F) in a dry place 
Keep container tightly sealed when not in use
Shelf life: 24 months from manufacturing date when stored properly 
Important Notes for 732 FS Solvent Resistant Version:

Specifically for applications requiring resistance to fuels, oils, and solvents 
Not recommended for underwater use or totally confined applications (requires atmospheric moisture to cure)
