Belzona 1311 (Ceramic R-Metal)
A 2-part epoxy-based repair composite designed for metal repair and protection against the effects of erosion and corrosion. This solvent-free repair composite has excellent chemical resistance and will bond to all metals and most other rigid surfaces. It is easy to mix and apply without the need for specialist tools and it cures at room temperature eliminating the need for hot work. It is ideally suited to be overcoated with Belzona 1311(Ceramic S-Metal) to ensure long-lasting performance.
Belzona 1311 (Ceramic R-Metal) can also be used as a high strength structural adhesive for metal bonding and to create irregular load bearing shims.

A 2-part epoxy metal repair composite with self-lubricating properties for creation of low friction surfaces and protection of lubrication systems from wear and seizure in the event of lubrication loss. This solvent-free repair composite has a unique microporous structure which allows it to trap and hold lubricating oil, minimising friction at start-up and improving the efficiency of mechanical equipment such as pumps. It has outstanding chemical resistance and will bond to almost any rigid surface without the need for hot work.
