OKS 571-PTFE protective coating Scope of application:

 

Can provide dry lubrication and sliding parts of the surface and suitable for all kinds of materials, such as metal, wood, ceramics, rubber, plastic, etc., often used in packaging machinery, textile machines, conveyor belts and other equipment. Anti-stick coating, when adhesive is used, some parts that do not need to stick can be used. In addition, it can be used as drainage protective coating, hand board release agent, marble wall protective agent, etc.

blending metals. Dry lubrication, dust-proof, no pollution, after curing harmless to the human body. Economical and durable (one liter can cover 10-20 square meters).

 

 

How to use:

 

In order to obtain the adhesive force, the surface should be cleared of impurities and other lubricants. The method is to physically clean it first, and then clean it with 0KS 2610 or OKS 2611 general purpose cleaner. Shake the 0KS571 well before use and apply it to the surface to be lubricated by spraying system, oil sweep or oil immersion system to avoid local excess and cure it in 5 to 8 minutes at room temperature.
